Elizabeth began her career at Hoyt Properties Inc. in 2005.
As a member of the property management team at Hoyt Properties Inc., Elizabeth manages a variety of commercial real estate properties within the Twin Cities owned by Hoyt Properties Inc., as well as investors, with a focus on building strong tenant relationships while overseeing the day-to-day management and operations. She is responsible for all facets of property management, including maintaining lease data, budgeting, annual reconciliations, financial reporting, accounts receivable and payable functions, initiating and dispatching work order requests to building engineers, and overseeing tenant relations. Elizabeth is knowledgeable in Sage 300 CRE and YardiOne software programs for property management and accounting.
As brokerage coordinator, she provides marketing and brokerage support. She is responsible for designing and creating all marketing collateral for the team, primarily working in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop, creating the marketing brochures, offering memorandums, marketing proposals, broker opinion of value packages, financial information, and demographic reports, utilizing various resources such as MNCAR, CoStar, and STDB Online.
Elizabeth earned a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy in 2002 from the University of St. Thomas with a minor in Geology.
